Injuries in the tire casing after buffing can now be repaired if the damage is within acceptable limits for the  remanufacturing process. Our employees are highly trained to recognize which injuries can be repaired and which cannot. Where injuries are too extensive, the casing must be rejected. Acceptable injuries are repaired using premium uncured repair materials that are permanently secured to the casing by the use of heat and high mechanical pressure. Proper injury repair is a crucial step in the process.
